Service scope
China VIN Report provides vehicle information queries and inspection guidance. The relevant service page describes the query scope, required information and credit cost. On-site inspection arrangements are subject to the scope and quotation separately confirmed for that service.
Reports are informational resources, not ownership certificates, roadworthiness certificates, valuations or guarantees of future performance. Read Data Sources & Report Limitations before relying on a result.
Your information and account
Check the full VIN against the vehicle and original documents before submitting a query. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful submission of the information you provide.
Protect your account credentials. Do not use the service to unlawfully obtain personal information, impersonate others, bypass access controls, scrape datasets or interfere with the website.
Credits and query charges
The required credit cost is displayed before submission. Submitting a query can deduct credits and begin processing immediately. Check the selected service and VIN before confirming.
A new submission can be chargeable even if the same VIN was queried previously. Some results are served from stored successful queries; a cache result is still charged at the displayed query rate. It does not necessarily represent a fresh request to the underlying provider.
Credit redemption records do not, by themselves, establish a cash purchase. Payment refund requests require the relevant purchase evidence. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for failed queries and disputed deductions.
Delivery, timing and translations
Results are provided through the website; supported reports may also be downloaded or emailed. Some queries process asynchronously and take longer. Processing estimates are not guaranteed completion times unless expressly agreed.
Reports describe available records, which may be historical or cached. A purchase does not include future updates unless stated. Automated translations can contain errors; seek clarification of material terms before making a decision.
Use of reports and responsibility
You may use a report for your vehicle assessment and internal business decisions, and share it with advisers or parties directly involved in that transaction, subject to restrictions disclosed for the purchased service. Do not misleadingly alter reports, remove qualifications, present them as official certification or resell datasets without permission.
We remain responsible for supplying the service described and meeting applicable legal duties. Data limitations do not remove that responsibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Service restrictions, changes and questions
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful use or material misuse. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and offer a contact route.
Changes apply prospectively and do not automatically replace the terms of an existing order. Send service questions or disputes to info@chinavinreport.com, with your query reference and relevant details. Applicable mandatory protections remain unaffected.
